Tammy and Welliver have a long standing professional relationship. Years ago, as an eager young auditor for another company, she was assigned to Welliver to conduct independent annual audits. She soon became familiar and impressed with the organization, the people, and the work. In 1995 Tammy joined the Welliver team to guide and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. She leveraged her knowledge to help strengthen credibility within the organization and external banking and bonding parties.
Today, Tammy oversees the integrity of the company’s financial position. It’s important to her that our clients trust the information we are producing is accurate. In fact, Tammy was instrumental in restructuring company-wide processes overseeing the implementation of the Timberline accounting system. Embracing the use of technology in the construction industry, this tool is key to our corporate infrastructure in securely tracking time sensitive accounting data, job cost, payroll, and supplier/subcontractor information.
A graduate of the State University College at Geneseo, Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is also a New York State Certified Public Accountant. Tammy is active in professional organizations including The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). She also volunteers with the Southern Tier Food Bank.
