Welliver is pleased to welcome Richard Miller II as Assistant Project Manager.
Richard’s path into the construction industry was influenced by his father who is a residential contractor. He chose to study architecture for his interest in the design process. Doubling up on classes allowed him to pursue a construction management degree. This new degree led Richard to his first internship with Welliver, and after graduation, he started his career here as Assistant Project Manager.

Whether it’s working on schools, hospitals, or new construction, these projects improve quality of life, stimulate economic growth, and create job opportunities.
