In partnership with the greater Johnson City community, the school district’s mission is to inspire and promote high educational standards. A rigorous, relevant and dynamic curriculum is offered and supported by best practices. As part of a summer renovation initiative at the high school, renovations were planned to bring the facilities up to their standard for academic and athletic spaces.
Capital improvements included a new concession stand and entry plaza; new athletic building adjacent to the football field; as well as renovations to the locker rooms, science classrooms, auditorium, gymnasium, and cafeteria. Welliver performed as the general contractor for this fast track project which included demolition, foundations, slabs, masonry, CFMF, drywall, taping, painting, flooring, bathroom/toilet accessories, among other items.
