
Welliver’s integrated team constructed a five-story building used for residential housing and an adjacent one-story building that hosts classrooms and daycare facilities. The Amici House caters to homeless individuals while the Harriet Giannelis Child Care Center offers five (5) classrooms for head start and early head start programs.
Apartment Building
A 20,010 SF, five-story elevator building with 23 units of supportive housing for homeless individuals and families aged 18 to 25 years old. The first floor includes office space, training room, services space, commercial kitchen, and mechanical systems. Floors two through five include residential housing. This five-story building is attached to the existing TCAction main office building and the site work integrated into the existing site.
Child Care Center
A 7,020 SF, five classroom early head start facility with amenities including a playground, commercial kitchen, and staff offices. The construction of this facility involved the demolition of two (2) small residential buildings and associated site work.
